Before I graduate from Simmons Sean created New England Library Consulting and began offer services to libraries specializing in organizational efficiencies.
I was hired by the Bridgewater Public Library as a consultant and then as Director in 2010. The Library Had been decertified after massive budget cuts in 2008.
With innovative structural changes, I was able to recertfiy the library with a budget that was reduced by 75% from the previous administration.
Over the years increased in programs, hours, and use were all a direct result of efficient organizational management.
Over the years I have consulted for countless Libraries across New England.
